Music, scores, and photos by Kevin J. Cope will be featured in this exhibit. Kevin is a winner of the 2019 Emerging Artist Fellowship from the Delaware Division of the Arts.
This year, work samples from 136 Delaware choreographers, composers, musicians, writers, and visual artists were reviewed by out-of-state arts professionals, considering both demonstrated creativity and skill in their art form. Twenty artists were selected for Fellowships and three Honorable Mentions.
Each year, the Biggs Museum of American Art, in partnership with the Delaware Division of the Arts, exhibits the work of Delaware’s Artist Fellows at the Award Winners exhibition. This year, Award Winners XIX will begin at the Biggs Museum and travel to CAMP Rehoboth, Rehoboth Beach and Cab Calloway School of the Arts, Wilmington.
Exhibition Dates: August 3 – September 1, 2019
Opening reception will be held on Saturday, August 3 from 5-7 p.m.
